Your lower three chakras hold the key to your emotional healing and accessing your instincts. The elegant chakra system provides a clear map to getting unstuck. The way energy is flowing (or not) through your chakra system impacts every area of your life. How your energy flows and where it gets stuck reflects how happy, healthy, wealthy, energized, courageous & living life on your own terms you are.  From birth to the age of 7 you are like a sponge that unconsciously absorbed the beliefs of those who raised you.  Your body holds onto emotions that it has been unable to process at any age. It can hold emotions that are trapped, inherited, prenatal, trauma or absorbed.  These emotions block your energy flow and your desires and keep you stuck. Some of the deep rooted beliefs that hold you back you may not be fully aware of. ⁣  Absorbed energy in the form of negative and limiting beliefs shape your behaviours, thoughts and ultimately your actions in life. These sessions are focussed on removing any emotional and physical pain and limiting beliefs - it is painless surgery for trapped emotions. You don't need to know what is holding you back or even tell me anything. I don't revisit old wounds, I simply remove the emotions you were unable to process from any experience: my intuitive practice finds and removes them easily. Like Michangelo said about his carving of David- “David was always in the stone, I simply took away what wasn’t him”.  When we remove all the beliefs that do not belong to us, we reveal our true Divine self. 💕Heart Chakra: What do you want to create as your legacy?

Your heart chakra holds the key to your truth and inner joy. Your heart is the essential connection between your body and your mind, and is the energetic tuner of your life. The human heart is more than a pump for blood, it is a source of intelligence that signals the brain and body and produces a powerful electromagnetic field imprinted by emotions. In fetal development, the heart forms and starts beating before the brain begins to develop. It produces the strongest electrical and magnetic fields in your body, up to 5,000 times stronger than the brain. The heart has 40,000 neurons that can sense, feel, learn, and remember independently of the brain. These neurons form your heart brain which communicates with and has an influence on your cranial brain.  Your heart sends more messages to your brain than your brain sends to your heart.  Prior to this discovery in 1991, scientists believed that only the brain sent information to the heart. Heart ache shows up in the brain the same way physical pain does. Your heart has an energetic frequency thousands of times stronger than your brain. Healing your heart is what makes you literally more magnetic.  Your heart holds the wisdom to what is really holding you back and reveals hidden wounds the mind alone cannot uncover. Wisdom comes from the inside out. It is your spiritual knowledge that lives deep in your soul. It is the gift of your spiritual side.⁣ Intellectual knowledge comes from the outside in. It is your learned and memorized knowledge. It is the gift of your mind. The mind actually responds to the heart (not the other way around). Your heart has the ability to sense at least ten seconds before your brain does if something is good or bad. No amount of mindset work will ever work if your heart is not open because your heart is the key to receiving  your desires.​  Here we strengthen your heart to the frequency of love, removing doubt and fear, revealing your true essence.  If your heart is surrounded by walls  you have placed there in an effort to protect yourself, your mind overrides the messages of your heart, keeping you from your natural instincts and intuition.
